God is a necessity because HE is the good in each one of us, everything outside of Him is designed to pull us toward our ugly nature. Once you realise God IS good character, you hunger for Him more.

The oppressor vs the oppressed

For many who are oppressed and treated as a weaker party, loss of esteem is common place but the irony is that the oppressor is often the one who is threatenned by the existance of the oppressed. The oppressor recognises the undeniable substannce in the victim and tries to suppress it through abuse and or elimination.

When we consider the things that give us true and lasting joy and contentment, we find that we probably lack no good thing.Yet continually we allow discontent over things that can never trully bring statisfaction.The focus on the wrong things is primarily responsible for discontentment.
Phillipians 4:11-12 KJV Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. 12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.

The starting point of a turnaround

Turn arounds are not some distant, impossible to reach places, they are closer than we think. When you're stuck in a terrible spot the turn around starts in  your mind. Believe it or not you might be on that floor praying for days but if your mind has not recieved or believed that which you're praying for it's just another religious recital.

Strange how we  women can sometimes give our very best, the beauty of our hearts to all the wrong men and then when that king comes along, the one who really deserves this part of us, we're so damaged he has to really draw that out of us...choices are a big deal!

If you can understand the silence as well as the words then you have tapped into that deeper level of understanding.

Define yourself

Life is not sparing in down turns, the enemy is ever lurking and present DEFINE YOURSELF correct to remain unchanging, unwavering in faith through it all.That is the only way to define where you end up once you get hit.

Know the difference

Discomfort with a urrounding or situation can mean two things:
Either you shouldn't be there/it's not meant for you
Or You MUST assimilate and adjust accordingly.
Discernment is required to make the right decision.
