The safest place

Love is the safest place in the world
it's a placce of comfort
it's a place of understanding
it's a place of security
it's a place of confidence and assurance
when you find Love, you have touched a piece of GOD

It is not so much that we are importunate in prayer but that we serve a God of ajnaivdeia   
(anaideia), Literally  SHAMELESS . No shame can be attributed to His name, nor His character therefore He must honour His name by doing and being what He says He is! Approach Him with this confidence and assurance.

Myopic or Eagle's eye?

In life two things encircle us, our issues/troubles and our Spiritual help. With spiritual myopia we only see what our sensory faculties experience but with the eagle's eye we can see beyond that and actually recieve the help we need for every situation!

Clean it ALL up!

It's time we stopped selecting what filth to point our fingers at. It makes no sense to be morally pure but filthy at heart and in spirit...having bitterness, endless worry, unable to help others in need, a malicious tongue etc. Some so called "saints" are doing some of the most despicable things because of rotten hearts and yet the ones weak in one area ie prostitutes and fornicators with good hearts are getting more fingers pointed at them. If you're cleaning house clean it ALL up!

It's more glorious when it's unexpected.

Every infant has to crawl,stumble and wobble before walking upright . God loves us so much that He will not allow  His sweet elect to make such a debacle of themsleves in the galring public eye, so He prunes and shapes you before He allows you to be showcased as His dime peace on the world stage. Don't despise the background, the unveiling is always more glorious when it's unexpected!

Rest

No matter how frantically you run up and down, chase after one thing to the next , the truth is God has specific things for each person, He will not allot you someonelse's portion, nor deny you what's yours.Rest is knowing what God has for you is YOURS and it will be yours now or later. Exfoliating facial wash

Our skins get clogged by dirt and oil and unremoved dead skin and thiis can cause black heads , pimples and rough skin and most ladies would be concerned and be advised to use a daily exfoliating facial wash.The main concern would be "does it work?" All diligence and patience would be exercised just by the assurance that it would work. Why do we then deny Gods hand in our lives the same trust and patience? Surely we KNOW it WILL WORK OUT in the end!

A movement not a monument

God's kingdom is a movement not a monument, we ought to grow, to increase in all ways and in all spheres, to take what the human eye calls risk but what the spiritual knows better to call FAITH, we ought to evolve and be ready for continuous incremental transitions!Be it a leap or a tiny step, forward is the direction we should take.

What is salt without it's flavour?Matthew 5:13

Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.


If you are the salt of the earth and you are adding no flavour where you are sprinkled then you probably need to go back to the Holy factory for remanufacturing and packaging!

Phillipians1:6

Life gives little or  no rehearsal time, it expects excellence all the time but God is infact continually holding rehearsals for even those who have failed numerous times.So have a positive attitude, pat yourself on the back ,keep working with Him until you finally conquer that which conquered you.

" I'll Take you through it "

The hardest answer that God can give you is the "I'll take you through it" answer but its is also the most building and fruitful answer.The great part is when He tests, those who pass are rewarded exceedingly!

Faith with people

No where else do we have to excercise more faith than with people because often times we see the negative attributes of ourselves in them, the same attributes that we ourselves may have struggled for ages to change or are still struggling to change. We assume  the change will not come now or anytime soon BUT FAITH!!!

Kingdom minded

The church mentality is the babe mentality, the person is keen to find the faults of others and criticise them while the person with the Kingdom mentality is keen to critically examine him/herself and uproot the unwanted seed that will spoil the glory and the power of God in ones personal life.

The truth is NOT a cowardly mark to have.

Isn't it ironic that those who walk in truth(the word) and are commonly refered to as "goodies" are considered "safe" yet in this age it is more courageous to walk in truth, to proclaim truth than to live outside of the truth.

Luke 13:6-9

Like the caretaker in these verses give your aspirations,plans, dreams and intentions time to bear fruit.Not everything has the matchstick effect, some are like hot plates that need time after ignition, some are like firewood needing cutting and preparation before the perfect fire is lit!

If Job could praise you when his life was wrecked, if Paul could glorify with 'a thorn in his flesh' then I will make my affliction my testimony...I won't give up and stop my testimony.YET willI trust You!!!John 16:33

uproot the underbrush

Just as thick, overgrown underbrush will stop the rain from falling to the ground of an otherwise fruitful garden/forest, so will deep rooted issues hinder the rain from God falling into your life.  To recieve without any hinderance you have to clean up that underbrush!

It depends on who tells the story

The creditor seems like a villain until you realise he has payments due in the bank....the perspective from which the story is told is just as important as the story told.

Human folly

Human folly is a thief of life's best.

My prayer

Increase my faith during the storms.
Improve my eyesight for the future and outcomes.
Infuse me with your love to keep my heart glad and pure through it all. IJN

Something amazing will come out of it.

Though your current pressing may be the most agonizing pain internaly seeping even into your physical body, be reminded that pearls are formed as a reaction to irritation and diamonds are formed from extreme heat and pressure. Remember Faith is a choice, not a feeling. I am extremely pressed but I am not and will not be crushed.

Decisions begin to have effect in our lives when we realise that they are seperate from our emotions..that they have the power to eventually align our emotions to them instead of them determining what our decisions should be. Decisions to walk in truth, to love unconditionally, to forgive, to work hard instead of  being lazy,to deny ones flesh, for some even to get born again are all tough and may not initially feel good but eventually if you stick to the decision,the feelings will line up with that decision and it will be effective.

Often times we attach a correlation between Gods presence and times of abundance but truth is the God of abundance is still the same God of tight places. He was as much present in the garden of Gethsemane and the cross as He was at the resurrection of Christ. He was was as much present in Job's tight place as He was in Job's time of abundance.

The toughest battles are fought in silence.

The Unique Potter

God is the only potter who is pleased with the clay even before the work is finished because He sees the end product and He is pleased with the process of moulding as well.

To harness the ripple effects of kingdom power the three steps have to be put into action:

Dominion and rulership on a much greater scale requires deployment and not being selfish/bottling up greatness as a trophy.

Dr Sam Chand  refers to the fisrt two as church level and the three combined as Kingdom level.
