Gaddafi; botox or not?

Has Gaddafi done some botox around his lips or is he having a mini stroke? the lip area looks strange to me....and who defines crazy better than this man? I can't believe what he's doing...pure insanity. God help the Lybians,R.I.P the already fallen souls.
